Bishop Serge Jerome is a native from Haiti who has pastored in South Florida for over 30 years. He completed his doctorate in Theology from the Evangelical Bible College and Seminary.
His dedication and passion to ministering the Word of God nationally and internationally is evident in every facet of his way of life. Presently, he is a Regional Bishop in Florida, Member of the Church of God Multi-Cultural Task Force, and the Senior Pastor at Hillside Church of God, Miami.
He is a devoted, loving husband and a caring father of three residing in Palm Beach County, Florida.

DR. REV. OTHON O. NOEL
Bishop Noel is the Founder and Senior Pastor of the Church of God Christian Life Center of Boston. As an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God he earned his BA, Master in Theology, and a Doctorate in Ministry and Divinity. Bishop Noel is married to Rev. Dr. Marie L. Noel and is the father of four children and three beautiful grand-children. He has been successfully leading this National Haitian Convention for the past 13 years. Rev. Noel is committed to the call upon his life and uses his ministry to win souls at any cost.

BISHOP MARC-ELIE MORISSET
Bishop Marc-Elie Morisset was born and raised in Montreal Quebec. As a third generation Church of God minister, he also graduated from the Biblical Institute in Montreal.

Following the trace of his father, his ministerial experience includes serving as an assistant pastor, district youth director, state youth director, member of the International Affairs of Haitian convention, member of the Canadian National Executive Council. Today he is presently serving as the senior pastor of two churches, Église de Dieu La Source (Montreal) and Rocher des Siècles (Ottawa).
Pastor Marc-Elie Morisset and his wife Guerline L. Morisset, have now served in the church of God for the past 26 years. They have two children, Audrey-Anne and Naomie.
REV. DIANE JACQUES ST. SURIN, ESQ.
Pastor Diane Jacques St. Surin, Esq. is the Senior Pastor of the Cortelyou Rd. Church of God (CRCG Ministries) and the founder of WeConnectNYC. Although Pastor Diane enjoyed her career as a litigation attorney, in 2011 she surrendered to the call of God on her life. She is passionate about connecting all people to the transforming power of God’s Word and known for her willingness to reach people by all means necessary. Through God’s anointing, she shares the word in a unique way that empowers people to be more than hearers of the Word, but doers of the Word.
PASTOR RUTH VINCENT- WASHINGTON
Pastor Ruth Vincent-Washington is the Senior Pastor at First Haitian Church of God of Philadelphia where Bishop Jean E. Vincent and Marie Y. Vincent once pastored. It was at a very early age when Ruth’s parents noticed the call of God on her life. Her ministry began at home with her siblings and then excelled to working with the children at the church for many years. It was in 2016 when the mantle was passed on to her. Since then God has be faithful and good to her and her ministry. Her vision and passion as a servant of God is to reach the masses not only inside the church but also outside the church walls.
PASTOR LUCY JEROME SEPHIR
Pastor Lucy Jerome is the Senior Pastor of Salem Community Church, founded by Bishop Serge and Norma Jerome. Pastor Lucy earned her undergraduate degree in BioChemistry from The Florida State University. She holds a Masters of Counseling degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University and a ministerial license from Church of God School of Ministry. Pastor Lucy is passionate about developing the local church as a life-giving, Spirit-filled, Word-knowing, community of faith.
